Crean productos de cuero sin los límites tradicionales de la industria. El proyecto multidisciplinario de Vacavaliente busca crear diseño para innovar en un material nativo. VacaValiente trabaja las posibilidades estructurales del cuero llegando a una versión reciclada 100%. El lema simple resume el concepto con el cual el equipo de los diseñadores crean productos que comienzan de las posibilidades inexploradas inmóviles del cuero como materia prima.
El diseño en VacaValiente no posee la limitación de las aplicaciones de la industria de cuero tradicional.El más importante de estos diseños es que el cuero está trabajado de manera estructural. Es decir, el material en su rodillo habitual participa de la estructura del objeto. El aspecto sobresaliente de sus diseños es el ecológico: los diseños que realizan se hacen con un material compuesto de fibras de cuero reconstituidas.
Las posibilidades de trabajar el cuero por fuera de las formas tradicionales permite incluir cuero laminado, ampliado o acanalado.
